GENERAL RETURNS

We understand buying something scented without smelling if first can be tough, so we will gladly accept returns on any unused item(s) within 48 hours of receiving your order. You are 100% responsible for the return shipping cost. A refund will be issued within 24 hours of receiving your returned order. ITEMS DAMAGED IN SHIPPING

If any item(s) has been damaged in shipping email us at Info@mianichole.la within 48 hours of receiving your order and we will happily replace the item(s).

MISSING/INCORRECT PRODUCT

If orders have any missing item(s) or incorrect item(s) please email us at Info@mianichole.la within 48 hours.

RETURN SHIPPING 

Once a return is approved you will be provided with a return address. Returns must be shipped in a trackable method Ex. USPS,UPS or FedEx.

REFUNDS (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify that we have received your returned item(s) and advise you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment, within 3-10 business days depending on your bank.

You will be advised by email when the transaction is posted by us - but it may take a few days to reflect in your bank or credit card records.
